Hello out there.  Can you hear me?  Can you see me?  I am over here!

I am on an odyssey, that most people call  LIFE.  It expands a relatively short period of time though when you are young it seems like forever.  It will be over before you know it.  I should know, since I almost died last year.

Yep, it has been quite a year.  After a serious fall, from grace you might say, I suffered a traumatic brain injury, a broken neck (C2,C3), 5 broken ribs and a shattered hip.  Then I slipped into a coma that no doctor thought I would survive.  

I had a NDE, near death experience, that has forever altered my life.  Now I know that every breath I take is precious.  Every moment could be my last.  My focus in life has altered from achieving to experiencing, getting to giving, from preaching to listening and from knowledge to wisdom.

I have been encouraged by many to share my experiences and thoughts which is very intimidating to me because my thoughts change all the time and what I believe today I may not believe tomorrow.  I no longer believe I know THE TRUTH, but that I have a perspective, a point of view, that is organic and growing over time.  I am a seeker, a traveler, on a journey that I know not when will end.  I feel an urgency to know more and to share whatever I can to help humanity.

I hope I can reach a few people's heart with tales of my own journey.  You are NOT alone.  We are all in this together.  Life has your back.
